Wellness exams, Vaccinations and Deworming
Since animals cannot speak for themselves, routine wellness exams are essential for puppies/kittens as well as adult and senior pets. Wellness exams include physical exams for overall health condition assessment and preventative care such as vaccinations, deworming and flea/tick preventions. Plans and protocols are specially designed for each animal’s lifestyle and life stage. Some diagnostic tests may be recommended according to their specific needs.
Medical exams for sick animals
Our furry friends can get sick from time to time, and just like humans, acute incidents like toxin ingestions, to chronic problems such as heart disease or diabetes need immediate medical intervention. Instead of asking Dr. Internet, it is important to get them examined and treated properly by a veterinarian in a timely manner!

Anesthesia / Surgery
While some conditions can be treated with medications, there are certain conditions that need surgical treatments to address the underlying issues. Furthermore, preventative surgeries such as spay and neuter prolong the lifespan of pets and improve their quality of life significantly. Thanks to modern technologies, general anesthesia can be a low-risk procedure when appropriate monitoring of patients is utilized. We offer:
-
Preventative surgeries, such as spay/neuter
-
Soft tissue surgeries, such as tumor/lump removal, cystotomy, wound repair.
-
Orthopedic surgeries, such as fracture repair, TPLO
-
Endoscopy for procedures, such as foreign object removal and exploratory rhinoscopy
Dental Care
Oral health plays an essential part in the overall health of humans and animals. Routine COHAT
(Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment) under general anesthesia is the best way to maintain a healthy oral cavity.
Some oral lesions cannot be seen with the naked eye. Dental x-rays are a great tool for detecting pathologies that lie beneath the surface of the teeth. Dental radiographs allow us to diagnose and treat these conditions.
Microchip
Microchip implants help to identify pets and reunite them with their owners if they get lost. If you plan to travel with your pet, some countries require microchips for domestic animal imports – even if it’s just for a few days!
Travel Documentation and Procedures
In this complicated world, it is sometimes inevitable for humans to travel or move to another country,
and you surely do not want to leave your furry kids behind! Regardless of which country you are
travelling to, we are here to help you with the required blood tests and travel documents for your pet.
Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS) certification
-
A certification for pet shippers and veterinarians that helps assess whether a brachycephalic breed pet is suitable for travel.
-
The certification is offered by organizations like IPATA and Airpets International.
-
The certification helps identify potential travel risks for brachycephalic breeds.

Details can be found on the website: https://www.ipata.org/brachycephalic-certification-program
Freezepen / Cryotherapy
Freezepen with cryotherapy is the newest addition to our clinic. A fine pen uses very cold temperatures to remove certain skin masses without the need for general anesthesia. Each treatment only takes a few minutes for each lump, and sometimes we do not even need to clip the hair! Please consult with our doctors to see if your pet is a suitable candidate for cryotherapy and say goodbye to those ugly skin warts!
Phovia Light
Phovia light therapy, also known as fluorescent light energy (FLE) therapy, is a non-invasive veterinary treatment that utilizes a specialized gel and blue light to accelerate skin healing and reduce inflammation in pets. It works by stimulating cell regeneration and promoting the skin's natural healing processes.
Acupuncture / Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine existed long before conventional Western Medicine. Traditional
Chinese Veterinary Medicine provides an alternative approach of treatment to animals. Acupuncture
is a well-known branch of TCVM that involves the stimulation of acupoints, typically achieved through the insertion of specialized needles into the body. It has been proved to show efficacy for various conditions in pets, including neurological disorders, degenerative joint diseases, gastrointestinal conditions, and many more.
Euthanasia / End of Life Care
Unfortunately, every life has its end, and there will be a day when we have to say farewell to our furry
kids, since they have shorter lifespans than humans. It is always the most difficult decision to make, but we are here to help through the process in the least painful way. Whether it is palliative care, to make the last mile of their life easier, or painless injections to send them across the rainbow
bridge, the quality of life of animals and their family is always first priority in our minds.
Specialist Referral
From time to time, special conditions arise that are beyond the scope of general practice. Our doctors refer those cases to the appropriate specialists who provide further diagnostics and treatments, so your pet can get the best medical advice possible.
